Shipping Policy


We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

*Orders must be placed before 2 PM Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. Friday orders after 2 PM will be delivered Monday.

UK Mainland Delivery

We currently ship to all UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or BFPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

For Royal Mail Tracked 48 and DPD Next Day services, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During busy periods such as holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your batteries, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at returns@bgadget.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will email you a returns form and prepaid shipping label
  3. Package the item securely with the returns form included
  4. Drop off at your nearest Post Office or arrange collection

Return Shipping Costs

We provide free return shipping for faulty items or incorrect shipments. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

 

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened battery packs unless they are faulty. Please ensure you're purchasing the correct battery type (AA or AAA) before ordering.

Warranty Information


All our USB rechargeable batteries come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

  • Batteries that won't hold a charge
  • Batteries that won't charge via USB
  • Physical defects in manufacturing
  • Reduced capacity below 80% of rated capacity within warranty period

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Damage from using incompatible chargers
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Batteries that have been tampered with or opened

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at warranty@bgadget.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or video evidence of the problem. Once approved, we will ship replacement batteries and provide a prepaid label for returning the defective items.

International Shipping


We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our shipping options to select European countries in the near future.
