What makes your USB rechargeable batteries different from regular rechargeables?
Our batteries have built-in USB ports (USB-C for AA, Micro-USB for AAA), eliminating the need for a separate charger. They offer higher capacity (2500mAh for AA, 1100mAh for AAA), can be recharged over 1000 times, and maintain a consistent 1.5V output throughout their discharge cycle, unlike standard rechargeables that gradually lose voltage.
How long does it take to fully charge the batteries?
Our AA batteries take approximately 2 hours to charge fully via a USB-C connection, while our AAA batteries take about 1.5 hours via Micro-USB. Charging times may vary slightly depending on the power source (wall adapter, computer USB port, power bank, etc.).
Can I use these batteries in all my devices?
Yes, our batteries are designed to be direct replacements for standard AA and AAA batteries in virtually all devices including remote controls, gaming controllers, toys, cameras, flashlights, and more. They provide 1.5V output, matching standard alkaline batteries.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working to expand our shipping options to select European countries in the future.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please contact our support team at support@bgadget.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or video demonstrating the problem. Once verified, we'll ship replacement batteries and provide a prepaid label for returning the defective items if required.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our batteries against manufacturing defects. If your batteries stop holding a charge or malfunction within this period, we'll replace them free of charge. This warranty doesn't cover physical damage or normal wear and tear.
How many charge cycles can I expect from these batteries?
Our batteries are rated for 1000+ charge cycles. With typical use (charging once per week), this translates to over 10 years of service. After 1000 cycles, batteries may still hold charge but at reduced capacity.
Can I leave the batteries charging overnight?
Yes, our batteries have built-in overcharge protection that automatically stops charging when they reach full capacity. This prevents damage from overcharging, so it's safe to leave them connected to power sources overnight or for extended periods.
What's the shelf life of these batteries when not in use?
Our batteries retain about 80% of their charge after one year of storage, which is significantly better than standard rechargeables. For best results, store them in a cool, dry place at room temperature and give them a full charge before using after extended storage.
Are these batteries compatible with solar chargers or power banks?
Yes, our batteries can be charged from any standard USB power source including solar chargers, power banks, car chargers, computer USB ports, and wall adapters. Any device that provides a standard 5V USB output will work for charging.
